Refund and Return Policy

At Best Source Trading PTY, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and exchanges may be requested.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of agricultural commodities such as green coffee beans and sunflower oil seeds, all sales are considered final unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications.

  • Refunds and returns are only available for legitimate quality or delivery concerns reported within the time frames stated below.

2. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (GrainPro, jute bags, or other agreed packaging).

  • Customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery if they believe a product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Products must be returned with proof of purchase and shipping documents.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are limited to the cost of the product; shipping, handling, and bank charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • In cases where products are defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, repackaged, or used after delivery.

  • Goods damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Special/custom orders that were processed according to customer specifications.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. International Orders

  • International buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations.

  • Refunds will not be issued for goods refused or delayed due to customs clearance issues.
