• Orders are processed once full payment and order confirmation are received.
• Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on stock availability and packaging requirements.
• Bulk or custom orders may require additional lead time; we will inform you in advance.

2. Packaging

• Coffee beans are shipped in GrainPro and jute bags to preserve freshness and prevent moisture damage.
• Sunflower oil seeds are packed in high-grade export sacks or bulk containers to ensure safe transit.
• Each shipment includes labeling and documentation that complies with international trade and customs standards.

3. Shipping Methods

• We partner with trusted freight forwarders, courier services, and logistics providers to guarantee safe and timely delivery.
• Depending on your order size and destination, shipping is arranged by air freight, sea freight, or road transport.
• Tracking details and shipping documentation (such as Bill of Lading or Airway Bill) are provided once your order leaves our facility.

4. Delivery Times

• Domestic Deliveries (within South Africa): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Deliveries: 10–25 business days depending on destination, shipping mode, and customs clearance.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, or port congestion).

5. Customs and Duties

• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.
